faulty machinesseedy area
i was annoyed by a few issues. the laundry room had machines that didn't work correctly, a waste of time. after trying for hours to dry clothes, i expected some kind of compensation but received nothing. the area felt a little seedy and the hotel didn't seem worth the high price.

the superior king room included ample space for luggage and personal items. the shower had strong water pressure, i found that particularly refreshing. the hotel provided quick, friendly service at breakfast. i appreciated the prompt attention from the staff during check-in and check-out processes.
the bathroom lacked a bit of privacy, a concern for family sharing. this made things a bit awkward.

the hotel is in the center of everything, including metro, stores, and cafes. the area feels very safe despite the liveliness, a detail i noted. shinjuku station is about a 7-minute walk away.

the staff seemed genuinely helpful and polite throughout my stay. check-in occurred immediately upon arrival, which i found very convenient. the staff also extended the check-out time until 12 pm without any issues.

breakfast service offers a selection of main dishes, it also includes a buffet. i saw buffet items such as cereal and fruit. the breakfast area features a terrace where people can eat, i noticed it was not crowded.

i loved the excellent design. it was easy to find my way back since i could see the building from every angle. i was charmed by the lobby location on the 18th floor, this placement likely gives every room a nice view!
I found the thin walls to be a small nuisance. I could hear guests chatting outside their rooms which was slightly disruptive.

the deluxe king room was well-maintained and clean, offering great comfort. the room featured large windows that provided amazing city views. it also included a washing machine, a definite bonus that made our stay much easier, especially with family.

the staff were helpful and quick! they facilitated an early check-in upon arrival, and extended our check-out time until noon. i also found the breakfast and general services to be fast, polite, and delivered with a smile.

the hotel provides easy access to an activities center that adds great value; i found restaurants, cafes, bars, and even an arcade in the same building. lifts require a change at the lobby to get to the rooms, but they were well-maintained.

The room had amazing views from the 21st floor. I really liked that. the shower was nice and the room felt relatively spacious. a starbucks downstairs was really convenient, i visited it every morning.
The hotel didn't provide some ordinary necessities. I couldn't find a shower cap.

The location is excellent I found. It is close to Shinjuku nightlife. I also enjoyed the affordable self service laundry. I saw a Starbucks on the ground floor.
The housekeeping was not good I noticed. The garbage removal was infrequent. The cleaning standards were subpar I thought. I had to request a deep clean.
